“The Truth” by Rashad

Rashad “The Truth”

Rashad’s name has been ringing like virgin ears after hearing a bass-heavy track turned up to 11. On “The Truth” the Ohio-based producer, singer and emcee brings the 808s, but leaves the heartbreak for another song.  Featuring sparse synths alternating with his signature bass pound, sudden horn stabs volleying with finger snap snares, and a slickly sung hook giving way to cocky lyricism on the verses, “The Truth” is not just another love song.
